My Farmyard and Smallholding Experience
With over 20 years of experience in the pet care industry, I am a passionate animal lover specializing in mixed-pet services and rural pet care. Living on a smallholding, I have built up extensive experience caring for sheep, hens, rabbits, and other small furries like guinea pigs. I ensure that your horses and sheep are happy in their field, your chickens are safe and well, and that your other small pets receive the pampering they deserve.
I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty!
Horses have earned a special place in my heart, especially Freida, the black Friesian. Then there's the white Lleyn bottle-fed lamb, Harry, who loves to join in too. And of course, there's the famous Bear, the Blue Faced Leicester wether, always eager for a photo opportunity with me. Caring for them and cleaning up after them is always a pleasure, never a chore, as part of my rural pet care routine.
I also keep giant Brahma hens and re-home hens from Wing and a Prayer Rescue, adding to my mixed-pet services.
Here's what I do when I roll my sleeves up!
Equine & Sheep: Routine checks, watering, and feeding.
Hens/Poultry: Feeding, watering, coop cleaning, egg collection, and feeding.
Small Pets: Feeding, cage hygiene, and customary cuddles! This comprehensive approach ensures that all aspects of farm pet care are met with love and dedication.
